Online forex traders and brokers are currently experiencing uncertainty following the launch of the Metatrader 5 (MT5) public beta testing. With the option for online forex brokers to use MT5 on the table, traders feeling unhappy with their experience of the new platform are becoming nervous. Following an invitation to sign up to Metatrader 5, online broker Tadawul FX has assured its clients that it will continue to offer both Metatrader 4 and Metatrader 5 simultaneously, for as long as they are both valid.
(PRWEB) November 30, 2009 — Online forex brokers are facing serious problems with the recent launch of the public beta testing of the widely-promoted Metatrader 5 (MT5) client terminal. The software, which currently only works with forex trading and in English was originally promoted as an upgrade to the very popular and stable Metatrader 4 (MT4) client terminal. However, with MT5 being written from scratch as opposed to utilizing the MT4 coding, there are some major differences between the two programs which, for some online forex traders – and subsequently forex brokers – are posing a problem.

Metatrader 5
With online forex brokers and traders anxiously awaiting the official release of the MT5 platform in February 2010, this is not good news. Several Metatrader forums established upon the release of MT4 are now buzzing with online interaction between those who find the newer MT5 to be useful to their online forex trading activities and those who do not.
Tadawul FX, otherwise referred to as TDFX online forex brokers, has assured its clients that it will offer both MT4 and MT5 as working platforms simultaneously to combat this new found anxiety. Actively encouraging their clients to try the new Metatrader 5 software by emailing an invitation – including a link to download the new software – to their client network, TDFX strongly believes that knowledge and experience provide a better base for future forex activities. Therefore, although they have urged their clients to discover which one better suits them, they have been quick to reassure clients that they will not be forced to choose between them.
As many online forex brokers are considering whether or not to switch to MT5, there are a number of forex traders uncomfortable with new system based on the beta testing but are at a loss as to how to combat the situation should their broker transition to the next generation software.
Tadawul FX remains one of the few online forex brokers determined that their clients will not suffer this level of discomfort. In all communications to date – and on their website – they have made it clear that Metatrader 4 will continue to be offered by them as a viable platform irrespective of the release of Metatrader 5.
Tadawul FX has openly admitted providing their online forex trading clients with the broadest range of tools, flexibility in trading, and choices available. Ramzi Chamat, CEO of Tadawul FX believes that this latest assurance that both versions of Metatrader will run concurrently is yet another way of proving it.
